This motorised device is designed for production testing and has an automatic loading/unloading cycle. The machine body has a large size read-out in the front and a tapered front appearance. For a better appearance, the machine has powder coating. The machine still looks brand new after a year since the paint colour does not fade. When elevated to its full height, the elevating screw of the machine is guided in a hardened and ground bush, which restricts movement to less than 0.05 mm.
Due of the firm bush, the accessory is preserved for years at
a time. A hardened and ground-stepped bush that serves as a location and
resting surface is mounted on top of the main screw. This ensures that findings
won't change as a result of the test piece or test table being handled roughly.
It denotes accuracy and lengthy machine life without issues.A friction-free
vertical movement of the loading plunger is made possible by an antifriction
linear bearing with almost no clearance. This enables testing of tiny pins or
balls up to 3 mm in diameter.
